Is Being Rich More Important Than Having Friends?
Having people who love and care about you is more important than money. Friends are people that support and keep you going. You need friends to be there to pick you back up when you get hurt or prevent you from getting hurt. Although money can do a lot of thing it can not give you love it can't show compassion or give you helpful advice. Riches are not alive and they can go away at anytime. Good people that admire you will stay as long as possible. Have you ever heard the saying "You can't buy happiness"? This statement is very true, friends give you happiness & completion/meaning to your life. Surrounding yourself with good people makes you a better person but surrounding yourself with money makes you greedy. Ask yourself this, would you rather live a lush life style with a big lonely house or an average/ poor life with lots of people to surround and comfort you? People might argue that you can buy a friend or someone to love you, but fondness from money and sincere admiration is different. Real love is felt from the heart and can be sensed. It is more important to have friends that appreciate you than Money/Riches

I agree. The saying "You can't buy happiness" is a wonderful example of it. Sure a person can buy or bribe or even pay people to be their friends, but is that truly a friend? A friend is a person who you can share feelings with. A fake friend that is bought won't bring you happiness. Sure they can take you everywhere and buy a you an ice cream, but is that really what you want? A friend that is like a robot servant? If you are rich, you are most likely going to be lonely, if to you money is worth more. A true friend is what a person really needs in their life. So what I am saying is that money can't buy love, happiness, or even feelings. Without friends, you can't experience any love or true happiness.
